Pre-Orders

There will be times when we open up pre-orders for certain items which means there is a lead time for fulfilling and delivering your order. An estimated time will be specified on the individual product page. 

Unfortunately there are rare instances outside of our control that could delay the estimated date including weather, customs and shipping. 

Due to the nature of our products, all pre-orders require full pre-payment and are non-refundable. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on the way to you.
